Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation is received.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (U.S. orders)

International Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by conditions such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping may be provided during promotions or for qualifying orders (as specified on the website).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to view delivery updates. 

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Akendy will not be responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by inaccurate addresses on the customers' part.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it after we have received the reshipping fee.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Our international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is damaged when it arrives or gets lost during shipping, let us know right away at support@akendystyle.com

We'll get in touch with the carrier to fix the problem and, if needed, ship a replacement.
