Akendy Return & Refund Policy

We hope you'll love every Akendy purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're committed to making it right.

Returns

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

To initiate a return, email us at support@akendystyle.com
 with your order number and the reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if required).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety purposes, the following products are not returnable:

Intimates, swimwear, and accessories

Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a new color or size, please start a return and reorder when you've received your refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please let us know immediately at support@akendystyle.com
with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund right away.
