Orders ship 1–2 days from the date received. Shipping from date received to customer takes 3 to 7 days, which varies by location and the shipping method that the customer chooses during checkout.

The time that shipment takes to arrive varies and may change by virtue of external circumstances (holidays, carrier, poor weather).

Orders that come on holiday days or weekends ship on the subsequent work day.

2. Shipping Rates

The shipping cost calculates on checkout based on the delivery and shipping method you opt to use. Where there are special events occurring, there are special discounts on free delivery, always prominently displayed on our site.

3. Shipping Destinations

6. Misplced or Defected Packages

Akendy bears no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments while shipments travel on transit. should your order show up to you damaged, please report this to the shipper directly and to us within 48 hours so that we may resolve the problem.
