At Akendy, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our return policy for details on how to return items.
1. Right to Cancel
Cancellation
You can ask to return within 14 days from date received by you, if:
The clothing was new, not laundered, and still original
The item comes pre-owned from its original packaging and its attached attached tags
You possess an acceptable proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).
2. Nonreturnable Items
The items listed below cannot be returned:
Closing-out or clearance lines (final sale stickered)
Gift cards
Gift
Personalized or customized goods
Damaged or defective goods by misuses or by usage and tear
3. Returning Process
To return an item:
Contact our assistance team by using the Contact page or by writing to us on [your support email].
Quote your order reference and return reason.
You will, on approval, receive return instructions and return address.
Note: The return shipping cost falls on the customer's account unless the order came to us damaged or an error was on our account.
4. Refunds
Once processed and received, we'll notify you by e-mail that your return was accepted or not accepted.
Your original means of payment will be reimbursed within 5–10 working days, subject to approval.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not ship straight to consumers currently. For an alternative item or size that you wish different from the original, return the original item and order the alternative one.
6. Faulty or Defective Products
If there's damage or defect on the order, please inform us within 48 hours from the receipt of shipment accompanied by pictures and order number so that we'll right away resolve the issue.
